We’re glad you’re thinking of using The Brewery for your Fantasy League Draft! We will make your draft fun and easy. With state of the art digital draft displays and our friendly staff for food and cocktail service – your draft will be less paperwork and more fun!

Just call Joe Wilcock at 433-5955 to reserve a time for your draft party. After your time is reserved, complete our Draft Reservation Template. We will notify you that your reservation is confirmed. We book drafts to be as convenient as possible for you. If you have a swing-shift league and you want to hold your party at 5 AM, that’s okay!

Here’s How Your Draft Party Works

When your draft day arrives, you’ll walk into the game room with all your teams’ blank rosters displayed on our televisions. Our game room has wireless Internet, so plug in your laptop and get ready to rumble! Your draft begins with the team picked to draft first, then second, etc. arrayed on the televisions from left to right. The draft will proceed through your team order until all the rosters are filled.

You’ll see a digital clock displayed in the center television screen. That clock starts every time a pick is made. You will hear a referee’s whistle sound as the highlighter moves to the picking team. At the 30 second mark, a whistle will blow again. At ten seconds, a crowd cheering and clapping will begin until time expires. Since you know the members of your league best, you’ll need to tell us what time interval you want for the digital clock-not to exceed two minutes. The clock is for fun! It’s up to your league whether or not you want to strictly enforce the time limit.

If you are conducting an auction league, you will see a bankroll counter next to each team name. This counter will show you the maximum amount that you may bid on a single player and still have one dollar left for each vacant roster spot on your team.

As each pick is made, the draft operator will announce the player picked and the player will be displayed on the center screen. The player’s name will then move to the picking team’s roster on the larger television screens.

Do you have members of your draft who can’t be here? No problem! We will give you an electronic address that they can log on to that displays the same screens that you’ll be viewing in the game room. We’ll have the remote person dial in on our speakerphone and they can participate as though they were here in person.

When your draft is concluded, a printed copy of all your league’s rosters will be given to you in a Brewery Fantasy Sports folder.

What are the Costs?

We don’t charge a room rental fee for using our game room and the drafting system. All we ask you to do is spend a minimum of $150 plus a 7.75% sales tax and a 15% gratuity (a total of $183.75) on your food and beverage. We also ask you for $35 to pay for the operator who conducts your league’s draft. Typically, a league with 10 teams or more will have no trouble meeting this minimum. We usually allow 4 ½ to 5 hours for a draft party. If your draft party usually lasts longer than five hours, please let us know in advance. If your party lasts longer than five hours, please add $35 per hour to your food and beverage minimum. There are no go orders to meet the minimums.

As a courtesy and because we book parties back to back during football and baseball seasons, please ask your members to be on time so everyone can enjoy their own party.

What’s Next?

Okay, you’ve had your draft party and it’s game day. Watch all your favorite sports at The Brewery! We have enough satellite receivers to show all of your favorite professional games simultaneously on our screens. We subscribe to NFL Ticket, NBA Pass, MLB Extra Innings, Fox Sports Channels and many others, so if the game is on, it’s on at The Brewery. We also have individual speaker boxes so you can hear each and every game at any place you’re sitting. Be sure and join us for “Bloody Mary Sunday” each Sunday morning. A complimentary Bloody Mary is served with each breakfast from the best kitchen in Vegas. If you want to log on to your league, just ask the bartender for our laptop and keep track of your league live.

Monday Night Football is not to be missed! Each Monday we give away T-shirts, Brewery jackets and other themed prizes. We run drink specials every Monday served by our beautiful Corazon Tequila girls. You can purchase a Brewery mug and refills are only $1.50 during the game.
